Benefits of online learning

The Covid -19 pandemic has challenged the education system across the world and forced educators to shift to an online mode of teaching overnight. Plenty has changed, but I believe not everything is as bad as everyone says.

Firstly I can wake up later than I usually do and do not waste time on transport. I can wake up 5 minutes before lesson and still be on time. And if school ends at 14:00 I do not need an hour to come home, which gives me more time to study and more free time.

Secondly, I can do things I normally would not be allowed during class, such as eating, drinking, using my phone or go to the toilet without asking for permission.

Furthermore, I have learned to be more organised. I have to organise my time to do all the tasks and to join the lesson on time. Additionally, I can spend my free time between lessons productively. Studying or going out for a walk or a run has proved to be quite beneficial for me.

In conclusion, online learning is not as bad as it seemed at first. Students do not waste time on transport, do things they normally would not be allowed, spend their time productively and learn to organise their time better.
